Are We a Good Manager?


A good manager is not going to humiliate us a front of our colleagues.
A good manage is not going to discriminate us as they wished.
A good manager is not going to criticise in the middle of staff meeting.
A good manager is not going to judge us of how we do the job as long as it is done.
A good manager is not going to jeopardise our shift as they pleased.
A good manager is not using the word “Procedure” when they don’t want you to grow.
A good manager shouldn’t have any members of staff as their favourite.
A good manager is not going to bring their personal life into work and take us as their scapegoat.
A good manager is not going to mix the relationship as a leader and to a member of staff.
A good manager shouldn’t change job title slightly as to hide than when it fit them they know how to give that pay raise or promotion to specific people.
A good manager is not going to mocking at us on how the lousy plastic rain poncho will be our wedding dress a front of our team.
A good manager is not going to assault us and say the F* word when there is not one around to witness.

Unfortunately everything stated below are facts. We are all experiencing to one of that discrimination at our work. Most of the time, we share our bullying situation to our partner, or family. This is not an imaginary. On other hand, if we are not talking this matter to someone close we kept it into ourselves, and slowly, the depression is slightly growing inside of us. We surely don’t want that.

Time will come when…

A good manager is going to see our commitment to our work.
A good manager is going to respect us of who we are.
A good manager is going to care about our opinions.
A good manager is going to promote us for our hard work.
A good manager is not going to discriminate, bullying, and assaulting us.

We are not alone…

How far we will go to take our revenge because of the hate that we have in our mind, soul and heart? Each day when we are taking the bus, the tube or the train our day is started with a bad mood. Not because we wanted that way but sometimes it is because of people we meet in our journey. Those people indirectly tend to contaminate our mind with negativity.
Certainly we didn’t ask for it but it happens.
In our daily life they are people who hate us for some reasons. Those people could be our family, friends or even we. The source of the hate is coming from jalousie. Yes, the hate is started from the desire to be someone that we are not. Yes, the hate came from a desire to have someone’s life at any cost. We become greedy and keen to do what need to be done to save our image. The hate drives us into destroying someone’s life in exchange of job title. How many women / men think that they have met the person of their dream? How many women / men believe that they have found their love destiny? How many women / men know that we married an honest kind? It is facts that the true love does exist even if it takes strong storm before we met the rare diamond.
